Our SEMA Show car service takes one job off your list during the busiest week of the year for the auto parts industry. With Prestige Ride, you book a private chauffeur for SEMA and AAPEX 2026 in Las Vegas. Every ride runs on your show schedule, from the first setup morning to your last trip out of town.
SEMA and AAPEX run the same week in November 2026 at different venues. Many buyers attend both.
| Show | Dates | Venue | Show Hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tue, Nov 3 – Fri, Nov 6 | Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), 3150 Paradise Road | 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Tue–Thu; 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Fri | |
| Tue, Nov 3 – Thu, Nov 5 | Venetian Expo, 201 Sands Ave., and Caesars Forum, 3911 S Koval Ln. | 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Tue–Thu |
SEMA registration opens on Sunday, Nov 1, so many exhibitors and buyers land in Las Vegas that weekend.
Early booth setup starts long before the 9 a.m. opening. A point-to-point ride each morning gets you from your hotel to the LVCC, the Venetian Expo, or Caesars Forum on your schedule. For setup, exhibitor crews can share a Sprinter and arrive together.
Walking both shows? One direct ride takes you from the LVCC to the Venetian Expo, then back again for afternoon appointments.
Evenings are for supplier meetings and client dinners. Book a car by the hour, and your chauffeur waits while you meet, then takes you to the next stop.
We pick up at LAS with flight tracking and up to 60 minutes of free wait time. On the last day, your chauffeur can take you from the show floor straight to your flight. Coming from Southern California? We also run chauffeured trips from Los Angeles and San Diego to Las Vegas.
Before the show we will pick you up from wherever you are. However, during the show, each venue has set areas where car services can stop. Your chauffeur meets you at the one nearest your hall or entrance.
There are three official pickup and drop-off areas for car services:
Pickup lanes are right outside the front entrance. Space there is tight, and cars can’t wait at the curb, so let your chauffeur know when you’re walking out. If you’re at Caesars Forum, cross the sky bridge to the Venetian Expo during the show to meet your ride.
SEMA and AAPEX fill Las Vegas with buyers, exhibitors, and media, and AAPEX alone draws attendees from more than 120 countries.

A private chauffeur keeps your day on track: an early booth setup, an off-site lunch, a dinner across town, or a flight before the show closes.
Driver met us on arrival. Friendly helpful and most importantly a safe smooth ride.
Clean cars, courteous drivers and on time pick ups.
Sample cases and booth materials take up more room than suitcases, so size up if you’re carrying product.
Setting up your show-week rides takes a few minutes online:
Point-to-point for a single trip, like hotel to hall, or hourly for a day of meetings.
Use your LVCC hall or AAPEX venue as the pickup or drop-off address.
Match it to your group and what you’re carrying.
Your confirmation has your ride details, and you can follow your ride at track.prestigeride.com.
Book as soon as your flights are set, and at least 24 hours ahead. Reserve online or call (888) 346-9886.
Is the SEMA Show open to the public?
No. The SEMA Show is a trade-only event for people who work in the auto parts and accessories industry. The public can attend on Friday, Nov 6, 2026, through SEMA Fest.
Should I book hourly service or point-to-point transportation for SEMA?
Choose point-to-point for a simple hotel-to-show transfer. Choose hourly service if you have multiple stops, meetings, dinners, or need the vehicle to remain available throughout the day.
Can I make last-minute changes to my SEMA transportation itinerary?
Yes, depending on vehicle and chauffeur availability. If your SEMA schedule changes and you need to add a stop, adjust your pickup time, or extend your reservation, contact Prestige Ride as soon as possible. If your itinerary involves multiple changes throughout the day, hourly service may be a better fit than separate point-to-point bookings.
Can I book my rides for the whole show week at once?
Yes. Book each ride ahead, from your first morning at the show to your last trip out, so your pickups are set before the week starts.
What if my SEMA plans change?
You can change or cancel your ride. Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for sedans and SUVs, 48 hours for luxury vans, and 72 hours for limousines. Our cancellation and refund policy has the full details.
