How a Chauffeur Fits Into Your CES 2027 Week

Landing at LAS? Add your flight number to the reservation, and your chauffeur adjusts the pickup to your actual arrival. Domestic arrivals include 35 minutes of complimentary waiting, and international arrivals include 60 minutes. Exhibits open at 10 a.m. on Wednesday and 9 a.m. on the other days, so share your hall and first appointment when you reserve.

Exhibits span two main venues, and appointments rarely line up neatly. A direct ride between the LVCC and the Venetian Expo saves a long walk with a laptop bag and a lanyard.

After the floor closes, the calendar moves to hotel suites, dinners, and launch parties. Hourly chauffeur service keeps one chauffeur and vehicle with you across all of them. Bookings start at 3 hours, and your chauffeur stays with you for the reserved time. Time beyond what you reserve can add to the final price.

Saturday closes earlier than the other show days, so plan your ride out when you reserve your arrival rides. Set your pickup time around your flight so you reach LAS with room to spare. Travelers coming in from California can also arrange Los Angeles to Las Vegas or San Diego to Las Vegas transfers.

Hotel and office pickups work as normal with our CES car service during CES 2027. Near the halls, drop-offs follow the rules each venue sets.

LVCC

Private vehicles can use only the S2, C5, and West Hall entrances. Drivers cannot stand or park, so send a message as you head outside and your chauffeur pulls up.

Venetian Expo

Pickups are set at the main porte cochere on Sands Ave. The area gets busy, so message your chauffeur as you leave the hall.

Mandalay Bay

Media Days are held here on January 4 and 5. We can run it as a point-to-point ride to or from any Las Vegas address.

Can you pick me up at LAS when I land?

Yes. Add your flight number and we track it to adjust the pickup. Complimentary waiting is 35 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 for international ones. Inside-terminal pickup fees may apply, so confirm your pickup option when you reserve.

How long will my chauffeur wait at a hotel or hall?

Point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting. For hourly service, your chauffeur stays with you for the reserved time. Additional waiting starts at $1.00 per minute for sedans and goes up to $2.50 per minute for vans.

Can I add stops between meetings?

Yes. Tell us your stops when you reserve or contact us before the trip. Short stop fees may apply, and hourly service is usually the better fit for a day of several stops.

Can you take me to Mandalay Bay, ARIA, or the Sphere?

Yes. We run point-to-point rides to any Las Vegas address, including Mandalay Bay for Media Days on January 4 and 5. C Space runs at ARIA, and the Lenovo Tech World keynote is listed for the Sphere. Check ces.tech for event locations and tell your chauffeur which entrance you are using.

What if I am carrying demo units or booth cases?

Tell us about extra luggage or trade show equipment at booking so we can match the vehicle. A Business Sedan holds up to 3 bags and a Luxury or Premium SUV holds up to 6. Sprinters and larger vehicles vary by group size, so share your gear list when you reserve.
