Yes. Tell us your stops when you reserve or contact us before the trip. Short stop fees may apply, and hourly service usually fits a day with several appointments.

Can I reserve a ride for a colleague or guest?

Yes. Make the reservation on their behalf and enter their name, pickup details, and flight number so the trip is arranged for them.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for sedans and SUVs, 48 hours for luxury vans, and 72 hours for limousines and buses. Cancellations inside those windows, no-shows, and rides where a chauffeur is already en route are not refundable. Eligible refunds carry a 50% cancellation fee and a 4.00% card processing fee.
