Adding a child seat is easy. When booking online, simply select the "Add Child Seat" option or call our 24/7 support team for assistance. There's a flat $20 fee per seat, regardless of type.

Child seats are available in most of our vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, vans, and Sprinters. However, they are not available in limousines or buses due to seat design and spacing limitations.
What are the age limits for the car seats?
We provide three types of seats based on your child's age and comfort: 1) Infant Seat: Newborn to 12 months 2) Toddler Seat: 1 to 3 years 3) Booster Seat: 3 to 6 years.
Is there an extra fee for requesting a child seat?
Yes. There’s a flat $20 fee per seat, regardless of the type. The fee helps cover the cost of cleaning, inspection, and safe installation after every trip.
Can parents bring their own car seats?
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to bring their own child seats. Our chauffeur will gladly assist with installation to ensure it’s secure and correctly positioned.
Who installs the child seat, the parent or the chauffeur?

What happens if I forget to request a seat during booking?
If a child seat was not added during booking, please contact our 24/7 support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your scheduled ride.
