The rates of the services will be calculated depending on the type of service or the number of hours you choose at the time of booking. After finalizing the service you're going for, the Prestige Ride team will help locate the perfect chauffeur according to your route. Once everything is scheduled, the customer or user may ask Prestige Ride to communicate with the driver, raising concerns regarding monitoring the trip, assisting directions and other safety measures.

Moreover, the user can also book the service other than himself. But in that case, he must mention the details along with the date, time, and the locations he needs to book for. When you are booking our services, the user must indicate that the service is for another person and permit us to send the notifications until completion.

Users can book rides using the Prestige Ride website or our dedicated customer service team. Payment must be made in one-time at the time of booking. We accept multiple payment methods, including Zelle, debit, and credit cards, to accommodate your needs. Your payment information is handled securely, and rest assured you’ll get your preferred service, whether it be a point-to-point service or hourly hire. The total value of the service you choose will be calculated at the checkout before confirmation. Once you booked your preferred service, you’ll receive a confirmation email regarding your booking details. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding important detail including the driver's contact number, the driver's name, pickup time, and location, through SMS. You can opt-out at any time by replying 'STOP' to any of our messages. Your debit or credit card will automatically charge the payment a day before the scheduled time. If you need extra services after confirming your reservation, your extra services will be charged using your credit card information.

You can raise any concern regarding your payment through email or a customer service team available 24/7 to guide you. In case your card gets declined, you’ll receive an error message, and your scheduled service gets cancelled. Your card gets declined for multiple reasons, such as insufficient funds or incorrect security codes. In that case, you must provide an alternate to reserve your service. Moreover, your details will remain secure with Prestige Ride and never be used against you.
